The AAUW Women Helping Women: Career, Family & Health Expo is on:
Saturday, September 23rd
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
at Christ United Methodist Church, 112 Hall Street, Watertown.
The mission is to provide information and education for women in the Watertown area and surrounding communities. Attendees will find out about opportunities that will help them fulfill their career, family and health goals.
The Expo features three Keynote speakers in the main church and the exhibitor’s display in the Fellowship Hall. Keynote speakers are:
· Dr. Beth Olson, UW Associate Professor, speaking at 9:30. Her talk is titled, “What is a healthy diet? Carbs, protein or fat?!”
· At 10:30, Heike Heemann, author and owner of IdeaShare Business Coaching, will present a talk titled, “Mastering the Habit Loop to Improve Your Life, Career and Organization. “
· Our third speaker, at 11:30, will be Kula Yang, Family Relationships and Financial Security Educator, Dane County Extension Office, presents “How to save a $ when you don’t have a dime to spare!”
