Halloween is only a week away! Enjoy the chilly night with Easy Lentil Soup and hearty Pumpkin Bread or try out some recipes from our Halloween menu. Here are some other suggestions for a healthy, happy Halloween season:  Before you carve that pumpkin, learn more about it on our Pumpkin page, including fun resources and delicious recipes.   Eat a full meal before you send the kids out to trick or treat. Don’t have time for a full meal? Try some healthy snacks before the fun starts.  Be the house that gives out small toys, stickers, or other non-candy goodies.
