Summer Twilight Meeting

Dodge and Fond du Lac County Forage Councils to hold annual Summer Twilight Meeting on June 18th in Mayville

Every year the Forage Councils for Dodge and Fond du Lac Counties rotate hosting their annual Summer Twilight Meeting. This year, Dodge County will be hosting the Twilight meeting on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Fink Farms LLC & Fink Trucking Services LLC in Mayville, WI.

Fink Farms LLC is a family-run operation dedicated to growing high-quality oats, rye, wheat, corn, soybeans, and canning peas across Wisconsin farmland. Supporting the harvest, Fink Trucking Services LLC provides dependable transportation services, hauling forage, grain, and canning crops with care and efficiency. Together, these sister companies deliver a full-circle approach to agriculture—from field to freight.

Keynote speaker at this year’s Twilight meeting is Brenda Statz, of the Farmer Angel Network. As Co-Founder and Chairperson, Mrs. Statz will be speaking on mental wellness in agriculture. She will also discuss how to pair resources up with financially struggling farms and keeping yourself healthy physically and mentally. The Farmer Angel Network is here to help farmers, farm families, and rural communities across Wisconsin because farming comes with challenges, but you don’t have to face them alone.

Food and beverages will follow the program.

This program is open to the general public and all interested producers. Sponsored jointly with the Midwest Forage Association and the University of Wisconsin-Extension, the Twilight Meeting is one of many educational opportunities offered by the Forage Councils.
