Dodge County 4-H is seeking more amazing volunteers!
One of the first steps to become a registered 4-H volunteer is to attend a new volunteer orientation, Volunteers in Preparation (VIP). To attend the VIP orientation, click HERE to register a date.
The safety of all youth and adults is our top priority. To ensure volunteers are qualified, understand, and are prepared for their positions, Extension requires:
- Enroll in 4HOnline as a 4-H volunteer and sign the Extension Volunteer Behavior Expectation form and the Assumption of Risk Document (this is done as part of the registration process).
- Complete the Volunteers In Preparation (VIP) Training orientation – a one-time mandatory training.
- Submit the online background check – first year upon enrollment and every 4 years thereafter.
- Complete the Extension Volunteer Mandated Reporter Training (this can be done in your 4HOnline profile on your own).
